• collected in person at the Dean’s office, Faculty of Medicine in Pilsen, alej Svobody 1655/76, 323 00 Pilsen, at the Legal Department (office no. 2.99, 2. NP)

The order will be sent or ready for pick up after the relevant amount is credited to the above account.
